At Stitch Express we're constantly looking to ensure that your customers enjoy the best payment experience when checking out.
That's why we've now added the Payment experience page to your dashboard - giving you more control on how your customer's pay.
What's changed?
We've moved the toggles of your available payment methods from Settings to the new Payment experience page.
You still have the ability to toggle on and off payment methods as required while still seeing your fees per method.
We've also moved your payment links editor to this page.
What's new?
We've added the ability to customise the payment method selection screen with your branding.
This is to tie in your brand across the entire checkout experience to ensure consistency for your customers.
How to customise your payment experience?
The steps to do this are super simple:
Log in to your Stitch Express dashboard
Open the new Payment experience page from the menu
Add your brand's logo taking note of the dimensions
NB - edit your brand's name if required taking note that this is the name your customers will see on their bank statement
You're all set! Customers will now see your new branded payment experience
