This tool lets stores built on Shopify: reorder, rename and hide payment providers.
Specifically, it helps remove payment providers brands from the checkout experience and hero the payment methods you know your customers will love. - like Apple Pay.
How to use it?
To get started with Stitch Express Checkout all you need to do is:
Download the Stitch Express Checkout app from the Shopify app store
Click the install button to begin the installation process on your Shopify store
💡Stitch Express Checkout is charged at $5 pm but free to use for all merchants using Stitch Express payments.
Once it's installed you'll see the below screen and can click 'Create customisation'
You'll then click "Add customisation"
To make the installation process even simpler, we've preloaded the recommended optimised checkout customisation
Simply select the preloaded customisation template
You'll then see the customisation template showing:
Original name: which is the default name of the payment provider
Display name: what you will be renaming the payment provider to
There is the option to add and customise other payment methods using the "+Add Payment Method" button
You can also reorder payment methods using the handle to the left of the Original name
To hide any payment methods, check the box labeled "Hide"
Preview all the changes in the below Preview section
Select "Save" once you're happy and the customisation will immediately be live to all your customers
